Required Qualification: Eligible Applicants should have B. E/ B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering , M.E/M.Tech in Microelectronics/ VLSI Technology along with good academic records from an accredited board / university / institute.

Age Limitation:

• Age of the candidate should be less or equal to 35 Years (for Sr. Research Scientist) & 30 Years (for Research scientist).
• Relaxation in calculating age limit criteria is given to candidates of reserved categories as per Government / Company norms

Recruitment Criteria:
